How do I replace the grip tape on my freerider?

If you find that there are air bubbles in your freerider deck grip tape, you can re-install your grip tape:

RE-INSTALL YOUR GRIP TAPE

  1. Lift off the grip tape from one corner and gently pull it off
  2. Replace the grip tape by lining up the bottom edge. When happy with the positioning, stick down in a linear manner from the back wheel side (ending in the front slightly curved tongue end.) Be sure to carefully smooth out any air bubbles.

If you find that there are air bubbles after you reinstall your grip tape, try removing bubbles using a pin.

SMOOTHING OUT AIR BUBBLES USING A PIN

  1. Create a small hole in the bubble using a pin
  2. Gently smooth out the air within the bubble using your fingers
