My order hasn't arrived or has arrived but not as expected. Who should I contact?
If your order has not arrived within your expected timeframe, but you have received a shipping confirmation email, please contact the courier partner identified on your shipping confirmation email.
Once we hand your parcel to them, they are contracted to perform the final delivery and usually have more information than we do!
If you have received your order, but it is not what you were expecting based on your order confirmation...perhaps the wrong colour, wrong item or something is missing please...contact us and provide a photo of what you have received.
